Superintendent
Shaun is responsible for the timely completion of various types of projects including base buildings, renovations and tenant build-outs. His duties include supervision of labor and subcontractors, coordination, scheduling, purchasing, safety, quality control, and client relations.
Experience
Prior to joining R.W. Murray Co., Shaun held the position of Lead Superintendent for a local general contractor, managing complex projects including airport infrastructure expansion, large commercial tilt-ups and niche jobs such as airport field farm augmentation. He has also supervised the development of a wide range of projects in Michigan, Texas and New York including historical apartment building renovations, hotel and restaurant construction, supervision of three ground-up triplexes for a community development initiative, medical laboratory structural improvements, and a ground-up concert hall project at Texas A&M University. Adding to his roster of skills is management experience for a large landscape company. Shaun's diverse background makes him an invaluable asset to the R.W. Murray Co. team.
