Project Manager
Colin is responsible for estimating, preparation of bid proposals, client negotiations, material procurement, subcontract awards, subcontract scope writing and evaluating, scheduling, job coordination, cost control, invoicing, quality control, punch list, close out, preliminary design, and working with the entire team to facilitate the day-to-day field operation and coordination.
Experience
Colin brings a wealth of experience in the areas of security construction and tenant improvement projects to the team at R. W. Murray Co. As Project Manager, Colin has completed several high-profile SCIF projects from full construction to interior renovation. Colin couples his successful field experience with strong leadership and communication skills, leading the team to meet and exceed client expectations on each project he manages.
