Superintendent
AJ is responsible for the timely completion of various types of projects including base buildings, renovations and tenant build-outs. His duties include supervision of labor and subcontractors, coordination, scheduling, purchasing, safety, quality control, and client relations.
Experience
AJ began his career in construction as an Assistant Project Manager, subsequently transitioning into a Superintendent role, managing a wide range of projects from quick turnaround interior fit-outs to out of ground multiple story buildings for a local construction company. His experience and expertise paved the way for a position as Project Manager/General Superintendent for another Virginia construction firm, responsible for a diverse roster of jobs ranging from high-tech VR teaching spaces to athletic facilities to expansive ground-up government buildings. His hands-on involvement in all aspects of project coordination, coupled with his keen attention to detail make him a valued member of the R.W. Murray Co. team.
