Due to our recent previous success with Commonwealth Self Storage and our relationship with the client and the architect, R.W. Murray Co. was selected through a negotiated process by The Peterson Companies to complete construction of their newest Self Storage venture, Virginia Gateway Self Storage. Located in Gainesville, VA, directly adjacent to the busy north-south U.S. Route 29, and standing tall at six stories, Virginia Gateway Self Storage is exposed to thousands of D.C. Metropolitan residents each day. Like many of our other self storage builds, it is currently managed by CubeSmart Self Storage.
