Project Manager
Matt is responsible for estimating, preparation of bid proposals, client negotiations, material procurement, subcontract awards, subcontract scope writing and evaluating, scheduling, job coordination, cost control, invoicing, quality control, punch list, close out, preliminary design, and working with the entire team to facilitate the day-to-day field operation and coordination.
Experience
Matt began his career at R.W. Murray Co. 4 years ago, after pursuing his degree in Construction Engineering from Virginia Tech. As Project Manager, he has successfully completed a variety of projects, from industrial base buildings to corporate office interiors and major expansions. As a part of the Project Management team, Matt brings a fresh perspective and keen knowledge to each project and is an incredible asset to the team.
