Project Manager
Jerry is responsible for estimating, preparation of bid proposals, client negotiations, material procurement, subcontract awards, subcontract scope writing and evaluating, scheduling, job coordination, cost control, invoicing, quality control, punch list, close out, preliminary design, and working with the entire team to facilitate the day-to-day field operation and coordination.
Experience
Jerry brings over 20 years of construction experience to the team at R.W. Murray Co., successfully completing an impressive roster of high-profile projects throughout the Washington D.C. Metro area. As Project Manager, he provides overall team leadership in the development of a wide array of projects, including SCIF, Healthcare, and High-End Tenant Improvements in Class A buildings. His highly collaborative management style with the entire project team has been instrumental in ensuring that each project exceeds the client’s expectations and goals.
