Superintendent
Josh is responsible for the timely completion of various types of projects including base buildings, tenant finish outs, and building renovations. His duties include supervision of labor and subcontractors, coordination, scheduling, purchasing, safety, quality control, and client relations.
Experience
With more than 20 years of experience in both commercial and residential construction, Josh draws upon a diverse roster of skills in his role as a Superintendent with R.W. Murray Co. In previous positions, Josh has supervised teams on a wide range of projects from retrofits, build-outs and extensive concrete pours to landscape and hardscape design and installation. A self-starter, Josh founded his own landscaping company and also served as shop manager and foreman for a local concrete construction company. Josh's hands-on style and attention to detail make him a valuable asset to the team.
