Superintendent
Roy is responsible for the timely completion of various types of projects including base buildings, tenant finish outs, and building renovations. His duties include supervision of labor and subcontractors, coordination, scheduling, purchasing, safety, quality control, and client relations.
Experience
Roy has more than 14 years of experience in the construction industry, completing a wide range of projects in the Northern Virginia area. Roy has experience in base building construction as well as tenant improvements and renovations. He has been a part of the R.W. Murray Co. team for nearly four years now. Prior to joining our company, Roy was a facilities maintenance specialist and Superintendent completing numerous local retail and educational facilities.

- OSHA 10-Hour Certification, 2017
- First Aid/CPR Certification, 2019
