Director of Field Operations
Brian is responsible for supervising all aspects of field operations including facilitating team communication, project staffing, safety management, quality control, adherence to project timelines, employee training and development and overall team leadership. As Director of Field Operations, his role is pivotal in ensuring client expectations and project schedules are met.
Experience
Brian has more than 20 years of construction industry experience, the last 11 with R. W. Murray Co. His diverse field experience includes a wide range of projects, from tenant fit-outs, restaurants, retail and pre-engineered buildings to CMU structures, concrete tilt buildings and multi-story steel structures. Brian's keen eye for detail and "can do" attitude make him a vital part of the R.W. Murray Co. team.
